Receptionist mentioned that most rooms have new matteresses and acknowledges the problem. you can hardly sleep on it all nite and it feels very uncomfortable and hurts your back and neck. The bed mattress is very old and over used. even though receptionist assured me that the room was spryed. odd enough the hotel receptionist accept that rooms have roaches ( she even described the color to me !) I managed to Kill one. it seems they come from air vent in cold mid November nites. There are roaches and insects in the room.
